SAGE has relaunched its dedicated service to accountants.
The FTSE 100 company will stick to its three packages in the Accountants’ Club membership.
The basic package will cost £395, the mid-range £695 and premier £995 a year.
All members will have a dedicated customer service team for their enquiries. Calls for the most expensive package, Premiere, will be answered in six rings, with an email response in an hour.
No details have been released on response times for the remaining two packages.
Members will also receive discounts on AAT courses and a 20% discount on software.
Gareth Rees, product and services manager at Sage Accountants’ Club, said: “Our Accountants’ Club has gone from strength to strength over the past 13 years but the industry has changed a lot during that time.
“In the past, club members were entitled to a range of discounts depending on the contract they had at the time. The flat 20% discount provides real value to our members and in turn to their clients.”
The software company recently broke its membership record, with 10,000 accountants joining.
