Clive Jennings takes over as group finance controller at gaming group
GAMING GROUP Rank has announced Clive Jennings as group finance director.
Chartered accountant Jennings was formerly Rank’s group finance controller.
Former finance director Paddy Gallagher (pictured), resigned from the board on 28 June this year and gave notice to terminate his employment alongside chief executive Ian Burke. They both agreed to remain with Rank to ensure an orderly handover to their successors.
Burke, who is still Rank’s chairman and chief executive, said: “I am delighted that Clive is joining the board of the company. With his knowledge of the business, I am confident that he will contribute significantly to the development of Rank in the future.”
