    Eco City resumes trading after missing audit deadline

    Eco City Vehicles missed audit deadline on Friday resulting in shares suspension but trading has now resumed

    ECO CITY VEHICLES finally managed to publish its audited results late on Friday after announcing it had missed the 30 June deadline, resulting in suspension of its shares.

    The specialist vehicle distributor initially published its un-audited preliminary results for the year ending 31 December 2010, which could indicate a dispute with its auditors that prevented accounts being finalised in time.

    Trading in shares was resumed yesterday morning after the audited annual results were posted online towards the close of markets on Friday.
