RGI International appoints CFO as interim CEO
Moscow property developer announces board moves
PROPERTY DEVELOPER RGI. International has appointed Alan Hibbert as interim chief executive officer.
The AIM-listed property developer disclosed that the current CEO and company founder Boris Kuzinez is to step aside and will focus on strategic matters.
Hibbert, the current chief financial officer, was also appointed to the board as finance director. Previously he has worked at Sun Interbrew, the Eastern European joint venture of Ambev, and was chief financial officer for Gloria Jeans, the Russian retailer.
Jacob Kriesler, chairman of RGI, commented that Hibbert would move “into the role of chief executive while the search for a long-term replacement for Boris is underway. Alan has the full support of all the executive and non-executive directors and we are confident that the company will continue to operate at the highest level”.
