Mouchel FD steps aside for successor
Mouchel FD David Tilston has appointed group financial controller Rod Harris as his successor
MOUCHEL’S group finance director David Tilston is to make way for his newly-appointed successor, Rod Harris.
Tilston joined the board in September last year and has since renegotiated the business service provider’s banking facilities and focused on strengthening financial management and operations.
Harris was appointed group financial controller by Tilston in autumn last year, having previously worked as FD of Carillion Business Services.
Chief executive Richard Cuthbert said: “With David’s priorities successfully completed, we all feel that now is the right time for Rod to step up and to lead the next phase of our development … I’m confident he will play a leading role as we continue to shape the business for the future.”
