Hall leaves Sinclair Pharma role
Matthew Hall leaves the expanded business after a crucial role in its refinancing
SINCLAIR PHARMA CFO Matthew Hall is leaving the company.
Hall took the role of CFO at recent acquisition IS Pharma in 2009, having advised the company from 2007.
During the merger process earlier this year, Hall led the negotiation of a £16m debt facility from Clydesdale Bank on behalf of the enlarged group.
“Matthew’s dedication and hard work before and during the merger has been much appreciated, and he leaves Sinclair IS Pharma with the very best wishes of the board and our staff,” Sinclair said in a statement to stock exchange.
The business’ share price was static this morning at 30.75p.
