PwC has poached NetDimensions' audit from smaller rival Nexia
PWC HAS beaten Nexia to the audit of NetDimensions, displacing its smaller competitors subject to approval from shareholders at the forthcoming AGM.
The software company said future expansion was behind the change of auditors, pointing to the need for greater services for the group and its subsidiaries.
It confirmed there were no circumstances in connection with either auditor that should be brought to the attention of shareholders.
