ADVISORS FROM CLB Coopers aided Allied Healthcare Group’s acquisition of BiJu Limited.
BiJu was established in 1991, and provides a range of homecare services.
The £1.6m deal saw Steven Lindsay, Doug Chadwick and Andy Feeke advise the owners and founders of BiJu – Bill and Julie Evans.
Lindsay said: “We are delighted to have advised Bill and Julie Evans as their strategic plan has been developed and implemented. BiJu will now be able to build upon its existing strengths as part of the Allied group.”
