DTZ appoints new head of finance

The global real estate firm has appointed Andy Knight as head of finance of its corporate real estate team

GLOBAL REAL ESTATE firm DTZ has appointed a new head of finance to its corporate real estate team.

Andy Knight, who is finance director of Waterdale Associates IT firm, will be based in DTZ’s Birmingham office. He has 17 years of experience in various finance roles in Nestor Healthcare, West Ham United and Marks & Spencer.

Knight will be responsible for managing a team of client accounts and overseeing the provision of treasury and financial reporting services.

Knight said: “In the current economic climate the challenges facing our clients means that accurate and insightful financial information about their property portfolios has never been more important.

“The vision for the corporate real estate management finance team is to develop from an outsourced treasury function to a value adding extension of our clients finance function.”
