    Merchant Securities CFO stands down

    The financial services group announced the departure of its CFO, John Foster-Powell

    THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER of Merchant Securities is to stand down, the financial services group has announced.

    John Foster-Powell will be stepping down from the Board from September 2011, to allow for a smooth handover, the company said. There has been no announcement regarding the appointment of a successor.

    Patrick Claridge, chief executive of Merchant Securities, said: “On behalf of the Board, I would like to wish John well in his new ventures and to thank him for his commitment and dedication to the Group during his time here.”
