Top 10 firm may have to move out of Leicester's city centre due to a lack of sufficient office space
RSM TENON may have to move its Leicester office outside the city because of a lack of high-quality office space.
The firm wanted to bring its 125-strong staff from its Leicester and Oadby offices under one roof, but is having difficulty finding suitable office space, thisisbusiness-eastmidlands.co.uk reports.
Managing director of Leicester Chris Darlington said he could not find anywhere suitable and may have to move to Enderby.
He told the publication: “I think Leicester is let down by availability.
“We also need a modern open plan environment because that facilitates ideas sharing and communications between staff.
“We also need parking – that’s a very emotive issue, but does impact on the ability to attract staff.”
Following the collapse of Vantis, RSM Tenon acquired its Oadby office and staff.
Darlington said an announcement would be made in the next few weeks.
