GLOBAL CYBER CRIME prevention business NCC has appointed Atul Patel as group finance director.
Chartered accountant Patel (pictured) joined the business on 18 February as interim FD. He was previously divisional finance director at IT business Tribal, where he was responsible for the government and health divisions. Patel qualified with PwC, joining its management consultancy group where he developed expertise in performance improvement for global organisations.
Rob Cotton, NCC chief executive, said: “We are delighted that Atul is joining us after a number of months as our interim finance director. He has gained the confidence of both the board and senior executives across the group with his proactive style and confidence, particularly with regard to the business integrations and system implementation that are on-going.
“He brings a breath of fresh air to the finance and support functions and his experiences in operational delivery and business change fit extremely well with the dynamic environment across the group.”
