    888 bets on new audit committee chairman

    Gaming specialist move in new chairman for audit committee while search continues for new CEO

    THE AUDIT committee chairman at 888, the online gaming specalist, has stepped down from his post to concentrate on working closely with the company’s management while it seeks a new chief executive.

    Brian Mattingley also steps down from his role as chairman of the remuneration committee.

    Michael Constantine takes over as audit committee chairman while Amos Pickel takes on the chairmanship of the remuneration committee.

    Constantine is a chartered accountant who for many years was a partner in the firm of Spain Brothers & Company.
