Parity appoints new FD
The IT group has recruited Alistair Woolley, a former Deloitte accountant, as its finance director
AN IT COMPANY has appointed Alistair Woolley as its finance director.
The Parity Group announced that Woolley will be taking over from Ian Ketchin, who resigned on 31 March.
Woolley has been working in the IT and technology sectors for the past 16 years as a finance director and managing director. He trained with Deloitte, where he spent 11 years in a variety of departments, including audit and business services.
He has previously worked with Parity chairman Philip Swinstead as finance director for a software company and with chief exectuive Paul Davies as a consultant on a number of projects.
