Matt Haw and Sarah Batchelor take on partner roles at Baker Tilly
MATT HAW and Sarah Batchelor have been promoted to partners in Baker Tilly’s restructuring and recovery business.
Both are experienced restructuring experts.
Insolvency practitioner Haw joined the firm in January 2009 from Grant Thornton, and has 15 years’ experience in the sector – with detailed knowledge of asset-based lending.
Batchelor has more than 20 years’ experience in restructuring. The chartered accountant joined Baker Tilly from Robson Rhodes in 2007, and focuses on working with banks to turn around clients.
“During their time with us they have built up excellent reputations in London. We are very pleased to offer them this well deserved promotion and we welcome them to our partner team,” said Peter Cooper, head of restructuring and recovery in London.
The division has also made other promotions.
Ben Woolrych and Rhonda Gilmore have been promoted to director in the Manchester and Birmingham offices respectively.
