KELLAN GROUP’S financial management is getting a shake up, as chief financial officer John Melbourne is standing down at the end of April.
He will be succeeded by Rakesh Kirpalani, who is stepping in as financial director of all subsidiaries at the recruitment business.
A one-month handover should bring Kirpalani up to speed, and the new head comes to the firm having previously held senior financial roles at Adecco and MPS.
Chief executive officer Ross Eades thanked Mebourne for his contribution, adding: “Rakesh has solid experience of professional recruitment markets and I looking forward to him starting and working closely with the operational team.”
