    Budget2011: 21 new enterprise zones to be announced

    The chancellor has announced there will be 21 new enterprise zones across England

    THE CHANCELLOR HAS announced there will be 21 new enterprise zones across England.

    These enterprise zones will include 100% discount on business rates and an enhanced capital allowance rate for all manafacturing businesses.

    The first ten will be in urban areas, including Birmingham, Solihull, Liverpool, Manchester and Sheffield. A further ten will be announced in the summer. One will be in London, to be chosen by mayor Boris Johnson.
