James Sykes to chair audit committee of Henry Boot
SAFFERY CHAMPNESS partner James Sykes has joined Henry Boot as a non-executive director.
Sykes will serve as chairman of the property business’ audit committee.
He joined Safferys in 1987 after leaving university, and became a partner in 1997.
“His knowledge, experience and expertise in specialist financial areas and complex regulatory environments will be invaluable to us as a group,” said group MD Jamie Boot.
