    Russell Banks joins Ark from Cephalon

    RUSSELL BANKS is the new CFO for Ark Therapeutics.

    Banks joins from Cephalon, where he served as European finance director for ten years.

    He joins the group after David Bowyer stepped down to take a senior finance role in Zimbabwe.

    “I am delighted that Russell has joined Ark, bringing as he does a wealth of experience in developing healthcare businesses both organically and through acquisition, and I have every confidence he will play a full part in helping us to meet our strategic objectives,” said Ark CEO Martyn Williams.

    The group’s share price was unmoved during this morning’s trading, at 4.25p. For more company information go to the Share Price Centre.
