INSOLVENCY SPECIALISTS Harris Lipman has opened up an office in Oxford.
The firm, which has 60 members of staff, is adding to its current offices in London and Cardiff. The Oxford branch will be headed up by Russell Whitlock, a partner who joined the firm in 2003.
Whitlock said: “Oxford is a vibrant city and, while not totally immune to the recent recession, businesses have continued to prosper and new companies are being set up all the time.”
