Liquidators to Icelandic banks call in E&Y advisers on sale of All Saints
ERNST & YOUNG advisers have been called to women’s clothing retailer All Saints.
Liquidators from two collapsed banks Kaupthing and Glitnir have called in E&Y advisers to sell both banks’ stake in All Saints.
The firm is currently in contact with a “select” group of interested investors, The Telegraph reports.
A spokeswoman from Ernst & Young declined to comment on the appointment but confirmed advisers are working with All Saints.
It is expected the clothing business will be valued at about £140m.
A statement from All Saints said the banks “are looking to exit and realise a return on their investment”.
