    Timeweave group FD to leave after 20 years

    Mike McLaren to move on as the group goes through a board reshuffle

    TIMEWEAVE’s group FD Mike McLaren is set to leave the company in April.

    McLaren has worked with the company for 20 years. David Craven joins the business as CEO in April.

    “These management changes are appropriate to reflect the Group’s current size and strategic ambitions,” said chairman Peter Bertram.

    “Mike has served with the Group for 20 years and we thank him for the very significant contribution he has made during this time. Mike leaves the board with its best wishes for the future.”

    Timeweave is a holding company for a group that produces live feeds from racecourses to betting shops.
