LONG-SERVING Rickard Keen managing partner Bob Sadler is to step down.
Sadler joined the Essex firm in 1966, Hartley Keen, which merged with Rickard Porter in 1980. He left the firm in 1971 and worked with Spicer and Pegler, and Ford. He rejoined in 1974 as a partner, before he was named managing partner in 2006.
Sadler (pictured) will be succeeded by fellow Alan Worsdale.
“I’m delighted that Rickard Keen is still going strong as a locally-based firm with a global outlook and I’m confident that I am leaving it in very safe hands with Alan and the other partners,” said Sadler.
