Baroness Hogg becomes a non-exec director at retail partnership John Lewis
FINANCIAL REPORTING COUNCIL chairman Baroness Hogg has been appointed to the board at retail chain John Lewis.
Lady Hogg becomes a non-executive director on the John Lewis Partnership board along with former Co-operative Financial Services chief executive David Anderson, bringing the total number of directors to 19 since the partnership decided to appoint non-execs in 2006.
Alongside her duties at the FRC, Lady Hogg is also a senior independent director at the BG Group, a lead independent director at the Treasury and senior adviser to the Financial Services Authority.
