150 Deloitte staff move to new Holborn office
Deloitte rents out two floors in new Holborn business centre
A NEW OFFICE space has been rented out to Deloitte, and will house 150 of its staff.
Orega’s new High Holborn business centre was chosen by Deloitte, on an 18-month deal. Deloitte will take two floors of the building, totalling 9,000 square feet, and is close to the firm’s other sites in New Fetter Lane and Shoe Lane.
The firm required the new space to accomodate staff working on regulatory projects for clients.
“The majority of Deloitte’s people in London are based in one of our five buildings close to New Fetter Lane. However, we do retain the flexibility to take on additional office space as and when we need it,” said a Deloitte spokesman.
“The deal was signed just two days before Christmas and was one of the biggest in the serviced office sector in 2010,” said Orega joint managing director Zach Douglas.
