EASYNET Global Services, a telecommunications business, has appointed Bradley Palmer as group chief financial officer.
Palmer previously worked in various operations management and finance roles in Unilever and Energis. He was finance director of HSS Tool Hire after its private-equity backed acquisition in 2007.
Last year, Easynet was sold by its parent company BSkyB to Lloyds Development Capital (LDC), the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, for £100m.
Palmer’s appointment follows Easynet’s announcement last November of five executives appointed to its board.
