BIOFUTURES INTERNATIONAL, an AIM-listed UK investment company which invests in the energy and utility sectors, has appointed Clive Purdy as its finance director with immediate effect.
Purdy was previously company secretary at the company. Before joining Biofutures last year, Purdy worked as an insolvency director at Morrison Stoneham, now part of Tenon Group.
He is currently a director and a 50% shareholder of DeVines Accountants Limited, previously known as West-Webbe & Co.
David Yeoh, executive chairman at Biofutures, said: “We are delighted to welcome Clive to the board where his skills and experience will assist the company to further develop its strategy and streamline its operations”.
