    Capita promotes finance exec Parker to the board

    Andy Parker joins Capita board as joint COO

    SENIOR CAPITA finance executive Andy Parker is joining the board as a director.

    Parker, currently divisional director for Capita’s ICT, health and business services division, joins the board as joint chief operating officer. He takes up the role alongside Vic Gysin.

    Parker joined Capita in 2001, and has held a number of senior finance director positions. The chartered accountant previously worked for Phoenix IT Group and held senior finance roles within Misys.
