Parity Group FD to step down
Ian Ketchin to leave IT services company after management restructuring
PARITY GROUP, the UK IT services company, has said that its FD Ian Ketchin will be leaving the company on 31 March following a management restructure.
Alastair Woolley, who has worked with Parity’s new management in the past, has joined the company on an interim basis to ensure continuity until a new FD is appointed, the company said.
In November, Parity said that it expected to report an operating loss for 2010, with exceptional costs relating to the group’s restructuring and new property provisions.
Ketchin was appointed FD in May 2007. Before joining Parity he was FD at MSB International, a publicly-listed recruitment business. Before that he worked for Ernst & Young.
