Southern Cross FD stands down but stays with company
Richard Midmer to relinquish his role as group FD at the end of the year to concentrate on landlord negotiations
SOUTHERN CROSS Healthcare Group has revelaed that its group finance director is to step down from his position in order to concentrate on restructuring negotiations with landlords.
Richard Midmer will surrender his position on the board at the end of the year and will be replaced as group FD by David Smith, who is currently director of finance and support services. Both roles will be merged as part of the changeover.
Smith, a chartered accountant, has been with Southern Cross for five years.
