Accountancy Age Awards 2010 Medium Firm of the Year - Hallidays

With high praise from our judges, it is Hallidays who topped the list of hopefuls in this year’s Medium Firm of the Year Award. Among a big field of contenders, it was Hallidays that stood out with their performance over the year. Successes were plentiful. They doubled the number of leads, retained clients, improved cash-flow significantly, grew fees by 5% and increased extra work orders by more than half through the introduction of a client care programme.  Turnaround times on work have improved by 43%. 

At every step the firm measured its progress, including careful monitoring of its client base, which grew by 11%.

Overall the entry revealed a firm making big efforts to change and progress on many fronts.

One of our judges said: “Hallidays identified some strong successes over the year and used a number of metrics to back up a positive growth story.”

Hallidays also boasted a rise in turnover throughout the recessionary period and almost negligible staff turnover.
