Pub operator's FD Phil Dutton is to step down next month
THE FD OF PUNCH TAVERNS will step down next month.
Phil Dutton will leave the board of the FTSE100 pub operator at the company AGM on 17 December.
Dutton will officially leave the company on 31 March 2011.
Punch Taverns said it had kicked off a search for Dutton’s successor.
Ian Dyson, chief executive of Punch Taverns, said:
“I would like to thank Phil for his contribution to Punch over the last three years during which time he played a key role as part of the board and management team. We wish him all the best for the future.”
