Braemar replaces PwC auditors with KPMG

Shipping logistics business chooses KPMG as its new auditors

NEW AUDITORS have been appointed to Braemar Shipping Services.

KPMG auditors have been appointed to shipping logistics and services business, replacing PwC after a tendering process.

No circumstances connected with PwC ceasing to be auditors require the attention of Braemar’s shareholders.

Braemar dealt with the beaching of MSC Napoli at Branscombe Bay in 2007 (pictured).
