    Coal miner appoints new FD

    Edward Cox takes on finance director role at Strategic Natural Resources

    AIM-listed coal mining company Strategic Natural Resources (SNR) has appointed Edward Cox as finance director.

    He replaces Elizabeth Shaw, who had been FD of the company since its listing in 2007.

    Cox has in the past worked for a number of SME and new companies in the position of chief executive and finance director. SNR, which operates its extraction business in southern Africa, hopes Cox will play a part of its expansion plans.
