Samantha Keen has joined Ernst & Young’s restructuring practice as a partner from Grant Thornton.
Keen has worked in the industry for more than 18 years, and during the past seven has focused on reorganising businesses.
She will work in E&Y’s liquidations and strategic exit routes team, where she will deal with solvent liquidations and legal entity rationalisation schemes, more complex creditor voluntary liquidations and the wind up of investment funds.
“This comes at a critical time for us in delivering our strategy for the business and Samantha is a very important addition to the team at a time when uncertainty around the state of the economy continues,” said Liz Bingham, UK & Ireland head of restructuring at Ernst & Young. “I very much look forward to working with her.”
