Seamus Keating joins Mouchel as a non-executive; Rodney Westhead to step down
Logica’s finance chief Seamus Keating has joined the board of
Mouchel
as a non-executive director.
He served
Logica
as director of group finance from 1999 to 2002 before his appointment as CFO. In
January 2010 he was named chief financial and operations officer. CIMA-qualified
Keating previously served at Getronics and Olivetti.
Rodney Westhead steps down as senior independent director of Mouchel at its
AGM on 31 January 2011.
Westhead is a former managing partner in Grant Thornton’s London office, and
was group FD and then chief executive of Ricardo.
