New audit chairman for Booker prize publisher
Bloomsbury finds City veteran to chair audit committee

Bloomsbury Publishing, publishers of the Booker prize winning novel the
Finkler Question, have appointed a new non-executive director to chair the
company’s audit committee.
Ian Cormack, who has worked at AIG, Citibank and Citigroup, will take on the
new role from the beginning of next year. He has also served on the chancellor’s
City Advisory Panel.
