Benckiser has appointed Warren Tucker as an independent
non-executive director with immediate effect.
Tucker, 47, is chief financial officer at
Cobham,
a FTSE 100 company specialising in the aerospace and defence industry. He took
the position in 2003.
Before that he was deputy finance director at Cable and Wireless, having
previously worked at Lazard Brothers.
Adrian Bellamy, chairman of Reckitt Benckiser, said the board was delighted
Tucker had joined them. “He will bring valuable financial and commercial
experience to the board.”
