Vantis chief Jackson buys firm's shares

Paul Jackson buys 25,000 shares in Vantis

Vantis’ chief executive Paul Jackson has purchased 25,000 shares in the
company, at 21.75p each.

The £5,400 deal takes his holding up to 13.5% of the total share capital.

The
firm
posted an interim loss this week
of £10.7m, and its auditors issued
a going concern warning against the business.
