Damien McDonald wins fast-track promotion from deputy FD to the top finance job at Driver Group on 1 August 2010 instead of March 2011
Damien McDonald will be appointed finance director of project management
company Driver Group earlier than previously announced.
He will start his role on 1 August 2010, instead of March 2011, the company
said today.
The Driver management said that McDonald’s rapid integration into his new
role and the time spent in working with departing FD Colin White meant that
White could be released early from the company.
White was originally set to leave Driver group in March 2011.
“The directors believe that Damien’s integration into his new role and the
time spent in working with Colin, enables Colin to be released from the company
earlier than previously envisaged.”
