Ex PwC auditor appointed to FTSE 100 board

POB member appointed to non-executive role

A former auditor and accounting regulator has joined the board of FTSE 100
finance company Old Mutual.

The company today announced the appointment of Roger Marshall, former audit
partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers and member of the Accounting Standards
Board, as a non executive director.

Marshall, 61, is currently a member of the Public Oversight Board and will
replace Richard Pym, who retires from the board this month.
