Eleco announces FD move
FD resigns from board
The finance director of aim-listed construction company Eleco has stepped
down as the company refocuses its finance division.
David Dannhauser, who has been with the company since 1994, resigned as
finance director according to an announcment by the company. Tim Sykes will
become Eleco’s interim director of finance, but will not sit on the board.
Tim Sykes is currently a director of PROACTIS Holdings PLC, Avacta Group plc
and Penta Financial Direction Limited and within the last five yearswas a
director of Charles Porter Holdings Limited, Mountain Warehouse Holdings Limited
and Altitude Group plc.
