Ex E&Y audit partner joins Neovia board

Ian Francis to serve as chairman of audit committee at alternative payments company

Former Ernst & Young senior audit partner Ian Francis has been appointed
as a non-executive director at alternative payments company Neovia.

Francis joins the board today (1 September) and will be appointed as chairman
of the audit committee in due course. He sits on a number of other boards,
including Uganda’s national power distribution company Umeme.
