Big Four firm Deloitte promotes Zahir Bokhari to head of its UK banking and capital markets audit business

Deloitte has promoted its senior banking audit partner, Zahir Bokhari, to
head of its UK banking and capital markets audit business.

Bokhari has spent over 20 years with the Big Four firm, largely providing
audit services to the retail banking, inter-dealer brokers and capital markets
sectors.

Russell Collins, head of UK financial services at Deloitte said his
appointment “comes at a demanding time for the financial services industry,
particularly in light of the changing regulatory and financial accounting
landscape” and that Bokhari’s experience would help the firm’s clients through
this period.
