He remains on Cobra’s board as a non-executive.
His work on M&A deals will be vital to Bluewater as it seeks to expand
its business in Asia and other territories.
Daniel Ishag, CEO of Bluewater Bio, said his appointment was the “next stage
” in the company’s evolution.
“We have so far been growing the business organically. With Dynshaw’s
appointment, we now have the transactional expertise to potentially broaden our
offering to clients in addition to our existing HYBACS technology,” said Ishag.
