FD Edmett leaves Jarvis Securities

Mathew Edmett resigns from Jarvis Securities as FD with CEO Andrew Grant taking on financial responsibilities until a replacement is sought

Mathew Edmett has resigned as finance director at
Jarvis
Securities
with immediate effect.

The chief executive Andrew Grant will oversee the financial reporting process
while the business seeks a successor.

Edmett, who joined the business in September 1999, was previously finance and
compliance director as well as company secretary at Jarvis. Prior to Jarvis
Edmett was the financial accountant for the Charities Aid Foundation banking
division.

Andrew Grant declined to comment as to why Edmett had resigned.

Jarvis Securities is the holding company for Jarvis Investment Management a
stock broking business.
