Rockhopper appoints KPMG as auditors

KPMG has replaced Baker Tilly as auditors for oil and gas extraction
business, Rockhopper Exploration.

The company, based in North Falkland, made the change following a five-yearly
review of its external audit. It invited Baker Tilly and a number of auditors to
apply for the role.

KPMG is now the auditor of Rockhopper Exploration, the AIM listed business,
and all its subsidiaries.
