David Harding-Smith, finance boss of Cadbury's British operations has been named as FD of Kraft UK & Ireland
The former FD of Cadbury’s British operations will head up the finance
function of US confectionery giant Kraft in the UK and Ireland.
David Harding-Smith, a former group financial controller for Cadbury, was
named as finance director of the Kraft division this week.
Harding -Smith, an Australian by birth has been at Cadbury for 18 years.
“The Kraft Finance team will report to Dave as well as his current team.”
Kraft said in a statement today
The US giant unveiled its new management structure following its
controversial takeover of the British institution, which saw some senior figures
leave as the two businesses were streamlined.
Cadbury’s group FD Andrew Bonfield left the company as a result.
