Colm Saunders, CFO and company secretary of Zamano has resigned.
He will leave the company on 31 July 2010, the smartphone applications
provider said today.
Saunders who joined Zamano in October 2007, is leaving to undertake a similar
role with a private company.
His duties and responsibilities will be absorbed across the existing
management team for the time being.
Saunders’ role of company secretary will be assumed by Michael Connolly, who
is currently the group financial controller.
