Lack of cash-flow causes stadium-furnisher to collapse
Insolvency firm Harris Lipman has been appointed administrator at Keith Evans
Contract Furnishers, the company which counted the Millennium Stadium and
Cardiff Airport as previous clients.
On 12 February, the same day it made 48 redundancies the bespoke interior
company issued a notice to appoint administrators in the future.
Though the company received some orders towards the end, these were for
orders six months down the line, meaning it did not have the cashflow to
continue.
John Cullen and Freddy Khalastchi, partners at Harris Lipman, will now
consider offers for the business assets from interested parties.
Cullen said:” I am hopeful that we will be able to find a buyer for the
business assets over the coming weeks.”
